Order Processing

At Hilda Beloved, we carefully prepare each order, and processing times range from 1–10business days. You can find the exact timeframe in your checkout details or order confirmation email.

Shipping Information

  • Delivery Methods: We ship all orders via USPS or UPS.
  • Once your order is marked “delivered” by USPS or UPS, it will be considered fulfilled. Refunds or cancellations are not available after this point.

Shipping Guidelines

  • Address Accuracy: To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
    • If you need to update your address after purchase, contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to help, changes may not be possible if the shipping label has already been created. If this happens, you can reach out to USPS or UPS with your tracking number for assistance in rerouting your package.
  • Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect Address: If your package cannot be delivered because of an inaccurate address, please email us at [hello@hildabeloved.com]. We’ll assist in reshipping your item, but additional shipping fees will apply.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Due to the personal nature of these orders, At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, your satisfaction is important to us. We’ll do our best to address your concerns and find a resolution.
